(1) Design: H type fully automation layer cage equipment
(2)Application: 3-12 tiers. Available for modern farms
(3) Material: Al-Zn-Mg alloy plate, Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire; Coating thickness:
275g/㎡. Unused PP egg and manure belt. Hot-dip galvanized square tube.
(4) Feed trough: Strong adhesion and excellent self-healing properties. Al-Zn-Mg
alloy plate. Thickness: 0.95-0.98mm. The sturdy feeding trough supports a
worker’s weight for overhead operations.
(3) Each tier of the cage is equipped with a manure belt. Manure pass trough the
grids and falls onto the belt. The belts run regularly, which effectively reduces
ammonia concentration and improves air quality.
(4) The system ensures a stable and reliable egg-collection process with minimal
breakage. Its defective egg filter guarantees that perfect eggs are collected. The
high-friction PP egg belt, which has low stretch and a long service life. A central
egg collection system is available as an optional upgrade.
